Rental Requirements

Equipment rentals are available only to individuals aged 18 and over.

A valid government-issued ID card or passport must be presented before collecting the equipment.

Equipment is released only after the rental agreement has been signed.

Advance booking is required to ensure the availability of the requested equipment.
Equipment Condition & Liability

Before collecting the equipment, the renter will inspect its visual and technical condition together with our representative. All equipment is supplied in full working order and excellent condition.

Once the rental agreement has been signed, the renter assumes full responsibility for the safety and proper care of the equipment.

If any rented equipment is damaged due to the renter's negligence or misuse, the renter is responsible for reimbursing the full replacement cost.

In the event of loss, theft, or complete destruction of the rented equipment, the renter must compensate the full current market value of the equipment.

Attempting to repair damaged equipment independently or transferring it to a third party for repair is strictly prohibited. In the event of any technical issue, you must contact us immediately.
Equipment Return

Equipment must be returned on the agreed date and time.

Late returns without prior approval may incur additional rental charges based on the current rental rates.

All equipment must be returned complete, clean, and in the same condition in which it was supplied.
Payment Terms

The full rental fee must be paid before the equipment is collected. Payment may be made by cash or bank transfer.

For long-term rentals or large-scale projects, individual payment terms and schedules may be arranged.
Additional Terms

Rented equipment may not be transferred to any third party without our prior written consent.

Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's operating guidelines.

By signing the rental agreement, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
